At Smeg, we stand by the quality of our Italian-designed appliances and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. We aim to ensure your kitchen remains as functional as it is stylish through a seamless exchange and refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your appliance in its original box, including all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Collection

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box or schedule a specialized white-glove pickup for larger major appliances like refrigerators and ranges.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
